It was a warm morning sunrise in middle of summer. Jack and Jared went out early to sit on the hammocks in front of their camp site. Then they went back to the camp site and their dad was already making the pancakes. Jack could smell the chocolate, but even better, it was melted chocolate!
The Rock Wall
Our third grade went to Camp Lincoln. One thing we did was climb an enormous rock wall. I was excited. Before we could climb the wall, we first had to put on our harnesses. We each went to a harness. They were all laying in a circle. Everyone got a red one except Carter. Four people got to go on the mammoth rock wall first. I wasn’t one of the four. The other people got to play games. The first game we played was who can get the ball first.
